Michelle McCool got the better of this match-up again as she forces Maria to a submission despite the presence of Jesse and Fetus to egg on the Playboy cover model. While it is not really surprising to note that McCool still stayed on top, a lot of questions on the sparkling rivalry between the two continues to wander in the air.

Maria is obviously after something more than a heroine in times of need. She has long been a face wrestler and while she has not gone into it full throttle, there is bound to be something behind the actions that drew even McCool by surprise in their last week’s match.

If you are a Maria fan, you cannot blame the change of path as far as wrestling on WWE SMACKDOWN is concerned. Kanellis was bound to do something to get herself noticed and apparently this is just the start of it. Is this the last we will see of this match-up? Definitely not!

Apparently, we are seeing less of the heel divas like Natalya Neidhart in recent shows and it makes you wonder what is going on at the locker room and the WWE executive offices. We all very well know that Neidhart is the counterpart of Beth Phoenix on SMACKDOWN and given the chance, she could very well be the next star diva on the WWE.
