Ever since she lost the WWE women’s title, it seems that Beth Phoenix has been making waves as far as building her reputation and popularity is concerned. She has obviously gathered the nod and respect of most fans and fellow-divas and you have to wonder when she will turn face soon.

We have seen the evolution of a lot of heel wrestlers turning face. The list includes Trish Stratus, Lita, and Chyna. Through the years we know how this comes out and one thing for it all is popularity ratings and boost to which most WWE fans are falling for.

Beth Phoenix is certainly on her way to the same route. While she is still clinging on to that heel role you can feel that one of these days she will change to face. She has a lot of unfinished issues though including the one with Melina Perez who unfortunately is out on injury right now. Mickie is hanging on to the title right now but if Phoenix chooses to do so, she can easily win it back if the WWE wills it.

One thing about Phoenix is that she did become champion but she is not among the elite group of chances just yet. She was dominant but her star is not as shiny as the former ones. Another diva she has unsettled business with is Candice Michelle, also out on injury. So when all of her rivals come back, you can expect a more vicious Phoenix to unfold. At her size, it isn’t really surprising why she dominates a lot!
