For sure, Melina is still hot and upset over what happened at her last match and she will surely not rest until she exacts revenge. A night after their match, Melina and Beth Phoenix were back again in action, this time in tag team action. Melina teamed up with current Champion Mickie James while Phoenix had Katie Lea Burchill.

Separately, these pairings had different intentions. Melina had a score to settle with Phoenix while Burchill wanted to prove to James that she had what it takes to be the next contender to her women’s belt. Seems like a circus if you look at it but apparently that is the current go-around as far as the women’s title is concerned.

One thing you have to consider as well is the upcoming draft. Included in the draft would be the divas and it can be one of two ways, Beth Phoenix being drafted to another show or Mickie James leaving with the belt. These two scenarios are one of the things you have to bear in mind and for Melina, she just wants revenge and then think of the title after the score has been settled.

As you can see, a lot of things can happen between now and the draft. No superstar has been restricted. Anyone can end up in another show. Then again they can still be on their original show. Whatever happens, the championships will be the one in focus. We have seen it before. It will happen again.
