Sideshow Divas In the Midst
: November 16th, 2007
If you are following closely the WWE shows, you will see that most of them have been relegated towards supporting manager roles. Torrie Wilson and Michelle McCool are clear examples as they have been helping out their men, Chuck Palumbo and Kenny Dysktra for the past weeks.
Well they have their few moments of fame then they get to grab each others throats, but seriously, is this all that divas can do now when it comes to helping the WWE cause? Competition-wise, they are no use at all. Much of the competition has been trimmed down to two divas, Candice Michelle and Beth Phoenix. Other than that, the WWE training grounds should hurry up and hone more technically skilled wrestlers.
Why are they stocking lady wrestlers for nothing? Is the WWE simply after pretty faces with no investment for consideration? Well based on what we have been seeing, this seems highly likely. The WWE Women’s division is a very far cry from where it was before when competition was inserted timely. Today, they are seen as models simply to make petty and seductive roles.
Sad to say that the WWE diva quality is disintegrating fast. It makes you wonder if there is any hope or plans to really make this division of the WWE rocking once again. If these things keep up, chances are they will have to re-plan the divas role in the WWE. They are simply being paid for their looks and nothing else.
