Sharmell Sullivan Leaves WWE
: October 17th, 2007
Sharmell Sullivan, the popularly known diva who is always on the side of her husband Booker T, has packed her bugs along with her husband as they were released from the WWE. Apparently, Booker T is losing his impact on the fans while Sharmell, who never really wrestled at all and was more of a manager, didn’t really lose that much.
Sharmell doesn’t even have a fan base during shows. She is purely a sidekick to her husband and didn’t even bother to make a run on the various diva contests. For sure, a lot of people wanted to see her butt kicked, being a self-proclaimed queen ever since Booker T won the King of the Ring.
From sidekick to nothing is what best describes Sharmell, who had the looks but didn’t have the talent to go toe to toe with such diva beauties as Candice Michelle. Well, I guess she left most of the work and the glory for her husband to carry and she wanted to just ride a long. Apparently, the ride was too much for Booker as he slipped considerably from fan favorite to fan forget it!
Should she have interest in playing another sideshow, expect her to be where her husband crops up soon. Going about it alone is suicide and unless she decides to train as a regular wrestling diva, chances are she will just be better off staying at home and watching the programs from the boob tube. Sorry but Sharmell never really fit into the wrestling biz.

Sharmell can wrestle! However, in 01 she severely injured herself. Making her physically unable to compete. Don’t even compare her to Candice. Who has no talent at all.

This is an outrage. I grew up watching the team Harlem Heat at the ledgendary Sportatorium in Dallas, TX. Booker T is and always will be, a great talent. I think he will reapeat with the WWE but this time without that phony english accent. Consider this a transition period for his career. Mark my word, with Triple H being the King of Kings, Booker T steped down from his role as King Booker and handed that torch to HHH. He knew it was time for a change and that role as King Booker may have only been for a predetermined perion of time. It is my guess that a big wig made a deal with him that if he played the role, he would get the championship title and keep it for a while. Just as John Cena may have made a deal with the headship to retain the championship title a little while longer if he did the Marine Movie. Case and point, Booker T is in transition, not gone.
