After No Mercy, it seems that the changing of hands of the WWE women’s belt is destined to have a new diva sitting pretty on it. Of course we all know that Beth Phoenix pulled it off by defeating Candice Michelle but unlike the latter’s victory over Melina, the spark and enchantment of winning the gold seemed empty.

It seemed that everyone wanted her to lose since she is obviously the dominant diva over the two and one of the hated heels in the world of the WWE today. Surely, Beth Phoenix has what it takes to be a competitor but as far as fan base is concerned, she may have to improve on this aspect for the meantime as she will obviously lose towards a much loved Candice Michelle.

If the last episode of RAW was any indication, it seems that Phoenix is taking her own sweet time about competing again with anyone in her path. Unlike what Candice Michelle did, she is just waiting for all challengers while at the same time taking her own sweet time for it. Not quite the champion many wanted but that is the reality today.

I bet many fans cannot wait to see who will crop up aside from Candice to dethrone Phoenix. For sure, this is always the scenario for any hated superstar holding fort as a WWE champion. While there are a lot of potential challengers to her throne, Phoenix better be careful. Leading the pack is a hungry champion to get back what is rightfully hers.
