The WWE diva search is on and a lot of things can happen. The best people to ask are the former participants of the prestigious event, a ticket that can change the career of aspiring women in the face of world wrestling entertainment. A lot of the crop of divas included in the backstage roster can recount countless memories, both good and bad, but for the future divas aching to join the diva search scene, it would be best to ask the veterans the things that they had to go through to win the said award.

Layla El for one has had memories of her own especially since she was the 2006 winner. Her career has yet to reach new heights as she is surely going under apprenticeship on the developmental scene. One thing that is required is for divas to undergo technical training on wrestling if they are truly inclined towards making a career in the WWE. While Layla has been in most of the headlines about the WWE, it is evident that her rare appearances on the WWE brands means she is still undergoing the needed requirements to be among the active roster members of the WWE line-up.

So for the next diva winner, her triumph will only be the start of better things to come. She will control her plight and based on Layla El’s experience, the road may be tough but the rewards entirely great. The thing is, all efforts and hard work are not gone to waste. Just look at the current crop of divas and they will know why.
