Where to Now Melina?

Many saw it coming but reserved their comments until they saw it for themselves at Vengeance. WWE Diva Melina Perez finally had her title reign cut short when she was defeated by lusty Candice Michelle. While many had their doubts with regards to the skills of the supermodel and actress had, all of these have presumably changed.
Melina has been lagging behind in the limelight and as early as some months ago, talk around that her title reign would come to a halt soon. That was when Candice Michelle had consecutive wins against her and proved that she is for real.
The change of hands for the women’s title may have its twists. One of them is the fact that Johnny Nitro is now the new ECW champion. Could Melina be heading to ECW as well? For sure, Melina has never made any headway on her own. Being left alone in RAW does not seem feasible for her and if her continued partnership with Nitro would be measured, it all seems that Melina may be following him to ECW.
Regardless, there is a new WWE Women’s Champion and new diva challengers are sure to suffice. A lot of marquee names may have their run such as the ever challenging Victoria and maybe even a comeback by Mickie James. New twists are expected to arise. Nevertheless, until it has been made official on the status of Melina, do not count her out just yet. She may have a rematch with Candice soon.

I am glad Candice has stepped up her game. And I hope Melina will make the right decision and go to ECW and stay there forever.
